Tastefully decorated rooms with a simple gift as well as garden view. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Excellent and amicable staff, FANTASTIC location near the beach.

The drinking water policy was a bit confusing as we only received complimentary bottled water on the first day. When we asked for more on the next day, we were told it was only given once. However, the staff were friendly and suggested we buy water from the bar or use the water dispenser for refills. Despite this slight inconvenience, our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The location was great, away from the crowded areas, and the beachfront bar provided a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The room was comfortable and the staff were accommodating, attending to our requests promptly. The amenities, such as the bedside lamp, comfortable bed, and functional air conditioner, added to the pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom even had a hot shower. Additionally, the breakfast selection was sufficient and enjoyable.

The location was excellent. Right on the beach. I got an excellent room with a view. Also as per location it is value for money.

Very kind staff, beach front location quite nice. Just 10 minutes walk to real remote beach strip and 15 minutes by feet to D-Mall. Some small restaurants nearby, value for money!
During Chinese new year season too crowded - I will not go to Boracay that time again... Finally: Prices during that season 150 to 300% of other seasons - not really attractive!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a beachfront hotel in Boracay. The hotel's location in Station 3 was perfect for me as it was away from the crowded areas and provided a much calmer atmosphere. It was tucked away in a small alley that people passed by, giving it a quiet and secluded feel. Plus, being right on the white beach meant that I could easily take a dip in the crystal-clear water whenever I wanted. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They took great care of the basic amenities and the rooms, which also came with a lovely garden view. And to top it all off, breakfast was included, which was a great way to start each day.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were just right.

The property's location was exceptionally nice. Close enough to stroll to the livelier parts of the beachfront. - It was also close to the beach in a quiet part of the island.

The hotel had a nice location by the beach and the bar was great for watching the sunset. The room was okay and we enjoyed our stay.
The staff wasn't very accommodating and some even made us feel unwelcome. We had ants in our room and asked for help, but no one came.

We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Blue Beach. The hotel's location in station 3 was perfect - it was quiet and not too crowded. Having the beach right in front of the hotel was a big bonus, allowing us to take a dip in the ocean whenever we wanted. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to cleaning our room, serving breakfast, and organizing airport transfers. The breakfast options were great, with both Filipino and English choices, and the staff were always attentive and helpful.

The Thanksgiving buffet was decent, and they offered complimentary wine and dessert. the hotel was located near the beach and had a nice view from the balcony. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they helped us book a tour and transportation.
The WiFi was spotty and unreliable. the rooms were not very soundproof, and we could hear other guests in the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to restaurants and shops, while still being away from the crowds. It is just down from Station 3, offering a peaceful environment. the breakfast is delicious and there is a good variety of options. the staff is accommodating and you can enjoy beautiful views from the balcony.
The hotel may redirect you to a different resort nearby, leaving you feeling deceived as you are given an old room with mosquitoes.

We had a great stay at this location. The hotel is situated in a quieter part of town at station 3 with less hustle and bustle. We were able to enjoy a beautiful beachfront view from our balcony. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to upgrade our room and allow us to check in early free of charge. We also appreciated the complimentary water and delicious breakfast with both Filipino and English choices.
Can't fault this hotel in any way.

This hotel in Station 3 offers great value for money. Its location in a smaller alley gives it a cozy and intimate atmosphere, away from the bustling main strip. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities are all provided, and the rooms, albeit small, are clean and comfortable with a lovely Garden View. The complimentary breakfast is a delightful surprise, with delicious food prepared to perfection. One detail that stood out was the complimentary drink upon arrival, a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcome.
No major issues - everything was perfect.
